Return and Refund Policy for Aurox
Effective Date: October 9, 2025
Thank you for shopping with Aurox. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help with returns and refunds under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must include the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Undergarments, swimwear, or pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us first using the contact information in Section 7. Do not send the item back without first getting confirmation and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.

Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the shipping instructions and the required RMA number.

Ship Item: Securely package the item and send it to the address provided in the return instructions. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to a fault, please contact us immediately to arrange the exchange.
If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please simply return the original item for a refund (following the steps in Section 3) and place a new order for the preferred item.
6. Shipping Costs

Defective/Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, Aurox will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
