All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to a selection of international countries. The list of available countries is displayed during the checkout process.

5. Damages, Loss, or Theft
Aurox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. You may be responsible for the additional re-shipping costs.
